Loving Memory is a pet cremation service that partners with 16 veterinary clinics across Michigan. Clinics rely on them to handle pickup, transport, and cremation with care and professionalism during one of the hardest moments a pet owner faces.
The Problem
One of the co-founders was managing billing for every single clinic by hand. Paper forms. Manual calculations. Months behind. As the business grew, the process didn't. There was no visibility into operations, no reliability in billing cycles, and no system that could scale with the number of clinic partnerships they were adding.
What We Did
We redesigned their website to reflect the professionalism and care they bring to every family they serve. Then we built a custom business operating system from scratch, designed specifically for how Loving Memory works.Clinics now submit an online form for each pet. The system processes it automatically. On the 1st of every month, billing runs on its own and emails each clinic an itemized summary with a PDF invoice attached. No manual work. No chasing paperwork.Beyond billing, the platform gives the founders operational visibility they never had before. For the first time, they have a clear picture of what's happening across their entire business.
